Club 4R Membership Policies

• You must agree to purchase a minimum of 4 scheduled Club 4R orders per year.
• If you choose to pick up your order, you must pick it up by the second Sunday of the following month or it will be shipped to the address on file (if your state allows), and shipping/handling charges will apply. You may request additional hold time by emailing August@4rwines.com. Shipped orders incur shipping charges
• Because an adult 21 years of age is required to sign for shipped orders, it is preferrable to use an address, such as a business adress, where an adult will be available. UPS will not leave it without an adult signature.
• You must maintain current, valid credit card, billing and shipping addresses on file with 4R Ranch under your profile. If a credit card is declined and not updated within 60 days of a scheduled order (scheduled orders occur every February, May, September, and November) membership will be canceled and is not renewable. We will contact you by phone, text and/or email if credit cards are declined. Updates to your account information may be made online.
• Order suspensions must be requested prior to the order month and are not in effect until you receive a confirmation from us. Suspension may not be made for consecutive shipments. Maximum of 3 suspensions allowed per member's lifetime.
• Club cancellations must be requested prior to the scheduled order month to be in effect. Club cancellations are not in effect until you receive an email confirmation from us. If cancellation is requested before the minimum number of orders have been fulfilled, your credit card will be billed for the remaining orders.
• Membership is not transferrable.
• Wine that is selected to be shipped versus picked up will be shipped out the week following processing.
• If you choose to pick-up your wine, then you must do so by the second Sunday of the following month after your credit card has been charged. For example, for clubs to be picked up in May, you must do so by the second Sunday of June. If you are not able to do that, then your order will be processed for shipping and shipped to the address on file (shipping fees will be charged). Shipping fees are disclosed at least 2 weeks prior to processing each quarter.
• Important Note Regarding Wine Selections for your Club Order: Club 4R (regardless of which level you join) is a user choice club, which means that while there will be a default winemaker's wine selection each quarter, members are free to customize their selection prior to processing.
