Come enjoy an evening of wine, live music performed by Dave Alexander, dinner, and romance at 4R this Valentine's Day.
Each guest will enjoy:
A glass of our Effervesce sparkling wine
A 3-course dinner of
1. Granny Smith Apple Salad with gorgonzola cheese, pecans and balsamic vinaigrette
2. Choice of Braised Beef or Bourbon Glazed Salmon served with roasted parmesan potatoes, pesto green beans and roasted acorn squash, sausage and bell pepper
3. Cheesecake with a blackberry sauce and chocolate drizzle
2 glasses of your choice of wine (excluding Effervesce, Petit Verdot, Winemaker Reserve, and Port wines).
